Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of machine operators and technicians.
- Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve throughput.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Manage production schedules and resource allocation to optimize labor costs.
- Drive continuous improvement projects through data analysis and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (SAP or Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performance teams.
- Deep understanding of preventative maintenance programs and equipment lifecycle management.
- Ability to work flexible shifts to support 24/7 production requirements.
