Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 30+ production technicians.
- Monitor production output against KPIs and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Enforce rigorous safety compliance and environmental protocols across the shop floor.
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-precision components.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
- Oversee departmental budget and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
- Strong technical proficiency with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards and safety regulations (OSHA).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills under high-pressure scenarios.
