Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production workflows to meet rigorous output targets and delivery schedules.
- Lead and mentor a multi-shift team of 30+ production technicians and leads.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance audits to ensure 100% adherence to quality control and safety protocols (OSHA).
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to resolve technical bottlenecks in real-time.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports for executive stakeholders highlighting KPI trends and variance analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement projects through root-cause analysis and equipment maintenance scheduling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or 8+ years equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
- Strong technical aptitude with CNC machinery, robotics, and ERP software (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and accountability.
- Flexibility to support operational needs across varied shifts as required.
