Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or 8+ years equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
  • Strong technical aptitude with CNC machinery, robotics, and ERP software (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
