In this role, you will lead high-performing teams, optimize production workflows, and ensure we continue to set industry standards for quality and efficiency.
You will be instrumental in scaling our manufacturing capabilities while fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional production team to meet daily output targets.
- Oversee production scheduling to optimize machine utilization and labor efficiency.
- Enforce rigorous safety protocols and maintain 100% OSHA compliance on the shop floor.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and overhead.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment downtime and process bottlenecks.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate raw material procurement with supply chain partners.
- Prepare detailed performance reports for plant leadership to drive operational transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Strong technical proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams through change.
- Deep understanding of mechanical production processes and quality control standards.
- Certification in Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is highly preferred.
