Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize workflows and reduce waste
- Manage cross-functional teams including machine operators, technicians, and quality inspectors
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to process improvements and new product introductions
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-incident safety culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Lean Manufacturing certification (Six Sigma Green Belt preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and TS 16949 quality systems
- Advanced proficiency in production management software (SAP, MES, etc.)
- Proven track record in KPI-driven performance improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
