Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary production team to meet daily throughput and quality targets.
- Analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement Lean manufacturing improvements.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration schedules for advanced CNC and robotic equipment.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA safety standards and corporate health initiatives.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for raw material availability.
- Lead daily shift briefings to communicate production goals and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement training programs to upskill floor personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of success with Lean Six Sigma or 5S methodologies.
- Deep understanding of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949 preferred).
- Strong proficiency in ERP software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to support various production shifts.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
