Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of high-precision components.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team of machine operators and technicians.
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste.
- Monitor production KPIs, providing detailed reports to management on efficiency and output.
- Enforce strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols across the facility floor.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent bottlenecks.
- Identify technical issues and collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure peak equipment performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
- Strong technical aptitude with CNC machinery and automated assembly systems.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.
