Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily production activities across multiple assembly lines.
- Implement and oversee Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma process improvements.
- Manage team schedules, performance evaluations, and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Execute production plans to meet strict delivery deadlines and quality specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing downtime.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Expert knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse, multi-shift teams.
- Certifications such as Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or PMP are highly preferred.
