Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor production teams to achieve daily/weekly output targets
- Implement and optimize lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Kanban)
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and ISO 9001 standards
- Coordinate with quality control teams to maintain <0.5% defect rate
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics for JIT production
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis
- Prepare production reports and KPI dashboards for executive review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing supervision with automotive experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid trained
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis
- Proven track record of reducing production costs by 10%+
