Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
- Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of 40+ production operators and technicians.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules with the engineering team.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance throughput and reduce manufacturing costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated success in leading safety culture transformations.
- Ability to work a flexible shift pattern as required by operational needs.
