Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of high-precision components.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of 40+ production operators and technicians.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and optimize cycle times.
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Analyze real-time production data to prepare performance reports for executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical proficiency with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing or 5S programs.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.
- Advanced understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts to support 24/7 facility operations.
