Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day production floor operations to meet delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate a team of 30+ production technicians and line operators.
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, scrap rates, and labor efficiency to identify bottlenecks.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company environmental policies.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to resolve production hurdles.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with maintenance for preventative machine servicing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or 5S methodologies.
- Strong proficiency with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse workforces.
- In-depth knowledge of safety standards and ISO 9001 quality requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure settings.
