Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and within established quality standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies, conducting daily safety audits and incident investigations.
  • Team Management: Direct, mentor, and train a team of machine operators and floor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the production line and implement Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
