Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize daily production schedules to meet strict delivery deadlines and client requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of production staff and floor supervisors to foster a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Quality Control (QC) standards and ISO 9001 compliance across all production lines.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and enforce EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
  • Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and engineering departments to streamline procurement and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-shift operations and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a standing/walking environment for extended periods.
