Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules and workflow optimization
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage team performance, training, and safety compliance (OSHA)
- Monitor quality control metrics and resolve production issues
- Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and supply chain departments
- Track KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Ensure equipment efficiency and minimize downtime
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing supervision or leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP experience a plus)
- Experience with automated production lines
- Excellent problem-solving and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends as needed
