Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations across 3 manufacturing lines
- Develop and optimize production schedules to meet KPIs
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage team of 25+ production staff including training and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001, and environmental standards
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Coordinate with supply chain and quality assurance departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 8+ years in manufacturing leadership with 3+ in senior management
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong proficiency with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA 30 certification and ISO 9001 experience required
- Exceptional problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
