Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations for 200+ employees across 3 assembly lines
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste by 15% annually
- Develop and execute strategic production plans meeting quality/safety standards (ISO 9001/14001)
- Manage $5M+ annual equipment budgets and capital improvement projects
- Lead cross-functional teams in Kaizen events and process optimization
- Collaborate with engineering on new product integration and tooling design
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in manufacturing leadership with 5+ in automotive sector
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Advanced knowledge of ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety compliance record
- Experience managing unionized workforce and labor negotiations
