Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets for quality, efficiency, and safety are consistently met
- Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and maximize productivity
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Manage production schedules, inventory control, and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain SOPs while ensuring compliance with ISO and industry standards
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D on new product integration and process innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in manufacturing leadership with proven P&L responsibility
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA certification and deep knowledge of safety protocols
- Experience with automated production lines and Industry 4.0 technologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and change management expertise
- Track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams of 15+ members
