Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production schedules optimizing efficiency and output
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage team of 15+ production technicians and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, first-pass yield, and downtime metrics
- Coordinate maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures
- Collaborate with engineering on process optimization and new product introductions
- Manage inventory control and material flow systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 8+ years progressive manufacturing experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Experience implementing automation and Industry 4.0 technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
