Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules, ensuring output meets volume and quality targets within budget constraints.
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and maximize throughput.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supervisors, engineers, and floor operators.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Manage capital expenditure and operational budgets, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain logistics and production workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to upgrade equipment and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean principles.
- Proven experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and leading large teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data for non-technical stakeholders.
