- Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs for CNC machinery
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and logistics
- Ensure OSHA compliance and foster zero-incident workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required
- Minimum 8 years in manufacturing leadership with 3+ in automotive sector
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma certification
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification and hazardous materials handling expertise
- Experience managing unionized labor environments
- Valid Michigan driver's license required
