Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations across 3 assembly lines, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency by 15% annually
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Manage inventory control systems to maintain 98% on-time delivery performance
- Coordinate with quality assurance to maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification standards
- Develop and execute annual production budgets with $12M+ responsibility
- Drive safety compliance programs achieving zero lost-time incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 10+ years progressive experience in manufacturing leadership
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
- Proven track record of reducing production costs by 10%+
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and MES platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience managing unionized workforce preferred
- Knowledge of automotive IATF 16949 standards
