Responsibilities
- Oversee entire production lifecycle from raw material intake to final quality assurance
- Implement and optimize lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste by 15% annually
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for 200+ production assets
- Analyze production data using SAP and MES systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and logistics departments
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain zero-accident safety culture
- Manage inventory control systems to maintain 98% on-time delivery rate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in progressive manufacturing leadership roles
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and automation integration
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making background
- Excellent project management capabilities with PMP certification preferred
- Experience in automotive or aerospace manufacturing environments
