Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations across 3 manufacturing lines ensuring efficiency and quality standards
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to reduce waste by 15% annually
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics
- Manage production budgets, inventory control, and equipment maintenance schedules
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with R&D on new product integration and process innovations
- Conduct regular performance reviews and talent development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in manufacturing leadership with 3+ years in senior management
- Proven track record in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Strong expertise in production planning, capacity analysis, and cost control
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems and data-driven decision making
- OSHA certification and Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing teams of 50+ production professionals
