- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to reduce waste by 15% annually
- Lead cross-functional teams of 25+ technicians and engineers in Kaizen events
- Manage $2M+ equipment budgets and capital improvement projects
- Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance through rigorous safety audits and environmental protocols
- Optimize supply chain logistics with 15+ key suppliers
- Analyze production data to implement predictive maintenance systems
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate new materials into production processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Expertise in Six Sigma Black Belt certification and lean methodologies
- Proven track record of reducing production costs by 20%+
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle)
