Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing floor to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
- Analyze production workflows and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and costs.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, technicians, and operators.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, ISO 9001 quality standards, and environmental compliance.
- Collaborate with R&D departments to integrate new machinery, robotics, and automation technologies.
- Prepare detailed production reports, forecast resource needs, and manage inventory levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior production or manufacturing management role.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Strong command of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CAD software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English and German is required for this role.
