Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to eliminate waste and drive operational excellence.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless new product introductions and process integration.</li><li>Develop and implement robust production schedules, material flow, and capacity planning strategies to meet demand.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex production issues, implementing root cause analysis and effective corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards (ISO), and environmental policies.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior engineers and production staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related technical field.</li><li>5+ years of progressive experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in precision or advanced industries.</li><li>Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification strongly preferred).</li><li>Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and experience with PLC programming/automation.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead projects, drive change, and work effectively both independently and in team-oriented settings.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.</li></ul>
