- Develop and maintain SOPs for complex manufacturing processes
- Manage capital equipment budgets and justify ROI for new technology investments
- Train production teams on advanced equipment operation and safety protocols
- Analyze production data using statistical methods to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Expertise in PLC programming and industrial automation systems
- Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Proven track record of reducing production costs by 15%+
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
