Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in manufacturing engineering with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in CAD/CAM software and PLC programming
- Proven track record in implementing automation solutions
- Strong analytical skills with Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
