Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on production engineering experience in automotive/aerospace sectors
- Proven expertise with CAD/CAM software and PLC programming (Siemens/Rockwell)
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MRP/ERP systems
