Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale production lines for new products.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols (OSHA) and ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Oversee machinery maintenance and coordinate technical upgrades to prevent downtime.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and technical procedures.
- Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives to continuously improve operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
