Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing and process optimization
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MRP systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification and safety program management experience
- Project management certification (PMP preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
