Responsibilities
- Design and implement lean manufacturing processes to reduce waste by 30%+
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma methodologies
- Oversee automated production lines with PLC/HMI systems
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules for CNC and robotic equipment
- Collaborate with R&D on prototype development and testing
- Train production staff on new technologies and safety protocols
- Analyze production data using MES systems to drive efficiency gains
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (required)
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering with automotive experience
- Expertise in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and TS 16949 standards
- Experience with CNC programming and robotic integration
- Proven track record in reducing production costs
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
