Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize production processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex manufacturing challenges and bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for automated production systems
- Analyze production data to drive continuous improvements in efficiency and quality metrics
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate new technologies into existing manufacturing workflows
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA safety standards across all operations
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians on advanced manufacturing techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), or equivalent
- Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks), MES systems, and statistical analysis tools
- Deep understanding of CNC machining, robotic automation, and assembly line operations
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving production improvements
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams of 10+ members
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and schematics
