Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end optimization of production lines, focusing on reducing cycle times and minimizing waste.
- Implement and mentor Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of complex machinery, ensuring 100% uptime and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production bottlenecks and implement scalable engineering solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and internal quality management systems (ISO 9001).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, CNC machinery, and AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor junior engineers and technicians.
