Responsibilities
- Optimize production workflows and implement lean manufacturing principles
- Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
- Develop and maintain manufacturing process documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype new production techniques
- Manage KPIs including OEE, yield rates, and quality metrics
- Mentor production staff and conduct technical training sessions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering or production management
- Expertise in CAD/CAM software and PLC programming
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing (preferred)
- Experience with automated production line integration
- Proven track record of reducing production costs by 15%+
