Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to validate assumptions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize initiatives, and define clear success metrics (KPIs).
- Present roadmaps and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation to optimize user engagement and conversion.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in SaaS or Fintech.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, remote-friendly environment.
