Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau or Looker to track core KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize user experience and product performance.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to define data architecture and improve pipeline quality.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for complex data queries.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of data literacy across the organization.
- Present actionable insights and quarterly business reviews to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying complex relational databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Proven experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of experimental design and statistical significance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data concepts.
