Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable ML models into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features into our core product suite.
- Optimize neural network performance for low-latency inference on distributed hardware.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
- Drive research initiatives to improve model accuracy, robustness, and interpretability.
- Design and maintain data pipelines for large-scale training workflows.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing and cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning models.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for optimizing complex algorithms.
