Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and deploy scalable machine learning models into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into our core platform.
- Optimize neural network architectures for latency, throughput, and memory efficiency.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to solve challenges in Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
- Analyze massive datasets to identify patterns, optimize training loops, and improve model performance.
- Bridge the gap between experimental research prototypes and robust, customer-facing software.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, machine learning, or data science.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, transformer models, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
