Responsibilities
- Define Product Vision: Own the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Lead Execution: Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and definition to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between engineering, design, sales, and executive leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools and user feedback to drive product iterations and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify new opportunities and pain points.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure high-velocity delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong preference for experience in Fintech or SaaS industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of software development life cycles, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Tools: Proficient in SQL and product management software such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha!.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of making data-driven decisions.
