Responsibilities
- Define Product Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven features that align with business goals and market demands.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, sales, and executive leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and drive consensus.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation.
- Roadmap Execution: Prioritize features and manage the product backlog, ensuring high-quality delivery through Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- User-Centric Design: Partner with UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences and translate user feedback into actionable product requirements.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor product metrics and KPIs post-launch to iterate and optimize for maximum user retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within the AI, Machine Learning, or SaaS sectors.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and software development lifecycles.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex products on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
