You will work at the intersection of art and engineering, translating complex business requirements into intuitive, elegant, and accessible digital solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead Design Strategy: Own the end-to-end design lifecycle for key product features, from initial wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI implementation.
- User-Centric Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover insights that drive design decisions.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a robust, scalable design system to ensure brand consistency and accelerate the development workflow.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable design deliverables.
- Visual Excellence: Create visually compelling interfaces that align with modern design trends while adhering to strict accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of growth and creativity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Interaction Design.
- Tools: Mastery of Figma with a strong command of design principles (typography, color theory, layout).
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, including case studies that highlight your problem-solving process.
- Technical Skills: Experience with design handoff tools (e.g., Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex design rationales to non-design teams.
- Accessibility: Deep understanding of inclusive design and accessibility compliance.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
