Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Create intuitive, user-centric interfaces that align with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers) to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize user journeys.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Experience with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the wider team.
