Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for high-value categories.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new suppliers and innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and global suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Oversee supplier performance reviews and manage supplier risk effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of driving savings.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills.
- Relevant degree (Bachelor’s) in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS) qualification is highly desirable.
