Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for IT hardware and software categories
- Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers to optimize pricing and terms
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics using SAP Ariba
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities and innovation
- Lead cross-functional procurement initiatives for new product launches
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and supplier diversity standards
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of procurement experience with $5M+ annual spend management
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, TCO analysis, and contract law
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record of 15%+ cost savings in technology procurement
- Experience managing international supplier relationships across 3+ continents
