Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, from identifying sourcing opportunities to contract finalization and vendor onboarding.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative suppliers.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements that align with company goals while ensuring quality and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze spend data and procurement KPIs to optimize inventory levels and reduce total cost of ownership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Operations, Finance, Logistics) to understand their requirements and deliver tailored sourcing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and achieving cost-reduction targets.
- Expert knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
