Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business goals.Lead negotiations with vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sourcing opportunities.Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, and termination.Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast demand and manage budgets.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.Proven track record in negotiating complex contracts.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.CIPS Level 4 qualification or equivalent is preferred.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
