Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company objectives to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, including market analysis, vendor selection, RFx management, and contract negotiation.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends, pricing data, and supply chain risks to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Engineering) to forecast demand and align inventory levels.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and identify alternative sourcing opportunities to improve the bottom line.
- Oversee the onboarding of new vendors and maintain accurate supplier data in ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.
- Proven track record of successful vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and procurement software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certification (CPSM, CPM, or similar) is a strong plus.
