Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable contracts and terms.
- Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding and performance evaluation process.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with strategic sourcing and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
